USA - Justini’s
ships exclusively with the United States Postal Service.
I have found the USPS to be very cost effective,
reliable and speedy. Most of my listings offer you the
option of standard First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
First class mail is less expensive, but expect 4-7 days
for delivery. Priority mail is more expensive but
guarantees 2-3 day delivery to the continental USA (48
States). Some listings will only offer Priority Mail
Service. This is because on some items because of their
size and weight it is the same cost to ship it Priority
versus First Class. Some listings will only offer Media
Mail, this is primarily for books which are expensive to
ship First Class or Priority. See the listing for
pricing.
Shipping insurance is
available if you wish to insure your order. Most
of these items ship easily in small envelopes and the
opportunity for them to become damaged is very small.
This being said, I pack my items so as to avoid damage.
If for some reason your item is damaged in the mail,
and you purchased insurance, you must take it to the
post office to file a claim. I cannot do it for
you since I do not have the item. I am not responsible
to replace or refund your order if your package is
damaged in any way through the mail.
All USA Shipments have
Delivery Confirmation included. This way, both
you and I know when you received your order. If
the Delivery Confirmation states that the order was
delivered, and for some reason you do not have it,
please check with you post office or mail carrier.

Worldwide - Justini’s
is pleased to offer shipping Worldwide via the US Postal
Service. First Class International (6-14 days) or
Priority Mail International(5-10 days) are your shipping
options, however some countries do not accept Global
Priority International. The USPS is a very reliable
international shipper, however, there is no Delivery
Confirmation with international shipments. I
provide you with a valid USPS customs number to verify
my shipment to you. I am not responsible for items
lost or damaged in the mail.
I am not responsible to
pay any foreign taxes or duties. If you order from
me, you assume all responsibility for receiving the
order and paying any taxes or duties your country may
levy. If you are unwilling to accept this
responsibility, please do not order from me.

Returns:
Magic is an art - with secrets. When you purchase a
magic trick you are purchasing the secret. It is for
this reason that I do not accept returns under normal
circumstances. If, however, the item is defective I
will either send you a new item or issue you a merchandise
credit and I reserve the right to make this decision.
You must notify me of the defective item within 3 days
of your receipt of it, and return ship it to me postmarked
within 3 days of notification. I am not responsible
for items damaged in the mail. I pack my items meticulously
and have yet to have anything damaged upon delivery
to the customer. Please email
me if you have any other questions regarding
returns.
