A: They are the newest form of tickets called ticketFast or e-tickets. These are your actual tickets. They will be emailed to you and you will need to download the tickets and print them out. They are valid and 100% legitimate tickets. Each ticket features a unique barcode that is scanned at the door of the venue. Make sure you bring these tickets with you at the event. You will not be admitted without them. Present your ticket at the door, the attendant will scan them and then you will be admitted. Q: How will I receive my tickets? A: Your tickets will be sent to you either by FEDEX directly from us or electronically by ticketfast if you choose this method. Q: When will I receive my tickets? A: You will receive your tickets within 3 days after your payment is received or sooner. Q: The concert/event is tonite! How will I get my tickets in time for the concert/event? A: We will insure rapid processing of your order and you will receive your tickets within 1-4 hours after your payment is received or sooner. In most cases, we will even email the tickets to you within 30 minutes or sooner of receiving your payment. Q: What happens if I lose my tickets? A: We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Keep your tickets in a safe place and do not lose them. Make sure you keep these tickets in a safe place like you would with cash and protect it just as you would any other ticket. Q: Will the seats be together side by side? A: Yes, unless noted all seats will be together side by side. So you and your guest(s) will be sitting right next to each other. Q: Is the final bid price for each ticket or for all of the tickets? A: The final bid price will be for all tickets shown unless noted otherwise. Q: I might have more friends who are interested in going to the concert also. Do you have more tickets next to these?
