Time is 7:00 pm.(time subject to change). Tickets will be shipped to you NO LATER THEN AUGUST 11TH, 2008. IF POSSIBLE WE WILL SHIP THE TICKETS BEFORE THAT DATE, but we ask that all winning bidders please be patient and understand that we are very aware of the time-sensitive matter that often results from selling tickets to events taking place in the very near future. We are committed to getting tickets to customers and will do everything possible to follow through on this commitment. Winning bidder, please finalize payment or make arrangements for payment immediately after the auction ends. After 3 days of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel this auction and pursue reimbursement of auction fees. Please see shipping costs at the bottom of this page and add the appropriate amount to the invoice when finalizing payment. The default shipping method is $10 for Fedex 3rd day. Please adjust the cost for shipping on the payment invoice according to how you’d like the tickets shipped. Tickets will be shipped once they are received and not necessarily the day the auction ends or day of payment of auction Tickets will ONLY be sent to the confirmed address of your PayPal account or credit card billing address. No exceptions or alternate addresses. Paypal is the preferred method of payment. ONLY U.S. Paypal customers with a confirmed address can use this method of payment for our auctions. We also accept credit card orders over the phone or money orders and personal checks if time permits. All taxes and fees are included in the final auction price. For privacy reasons, we do not always disclose the exact seat numbers of the tickets up for bid. The seats are together, side-by-side (consecutive seat numbers). Whenever possible, we will try to upgrade your tickets for no additional cost. We will contact you prior to shipment for your approval on the upgrade, unless the upgrade is obvious, such as moving down rows within the listed section. There are no refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled AND not rescheduled. Date and Time are subject to change. Check with venue to confirm this information. If an event is postponed to a later date, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date and time. A full refund, less shipping, will be given for cancelled events that are not rescheduled.
