Our Policies Reservations Reservations requests may be made immediately after auction purchase. Presentation requests may be submitted via our online reservation form. Please allow 3 full business days for processing. Once your confirmation number is received, your confirmation letter including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your presentation form. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email. Tours We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed 90 to 120 minutes. We cannot change the terms and conditions of this vacation package offer. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address. Reschedule/Cancellation Reschedules and cancellations for travel dates must be submitted at least 3 full business days prior to arrival date. Requests for cancellations or changes must be provided in writing via email for security purposes. We will reschedule your presentation one time at no cost. Refunds We always request and require travel dates. If by chance dates are unavailable, we will extend the use of the package one year or extend a refund. If you have purchased in error or if you made a non-qualifying purchase, you may be entitled to a refund. If a refund is granted beyond or stated policy, you will be responsible for paying all listing fees.
